Dog training/play area and perhaps dog toilet next to it.

I have seen in a village a dog training area where owners can teach their dog, the dog can socialise with other dogs and with a dog play area. This could include items placed for the dog to jump over, or walk along, or run through a hoop. I have also seen dog toilets, which may be quite useful and save our verges which will soon be a riot of yellow from being fouled, not to mention people's front gardens (yes I have seen this).
